Singing And Speaking At Beacon Of Light

What better way to begin writing about this other than talking about what the night was for: the Lord God!

The presence of the Lord was surely abundant and ready to help whosoever would come! We only sang a couple of songs, but it was easy to do nonetheless! We always feel free and welcome when we go. The message was about as long as the last one, haha. I hope to have it on the web site in about a week. I get them on here as quick as I can. I hope that it blesses you! Enough about us!

The drama team there did an amazing job with the songs that they sang together. They even have enough youth to have their own praise band! I was totally digging that! They had at least two or three of them testify and it just blew us away! After their songs they performed 3 different dramas, and they were awesome! One in particular, performed to the song “Who Am I” by Casting Crowns was something that will reach out and bless anyone who sees it. As Rebekah said later in the night, they just do not realize what kind of program they have right now. We encourage the Beacon of Light to continue their focus on their youth! They truly are that generation ready to serve God.

Thanks to all of our regular church members and special visitors and friends for coming out and showing the support as well! You have no idea what it does for us sometimes!

It was truly a great miracle that we made it there! For me and my wife, it was just one of those days in traffic and a reminder that the ministry is not always going to be a bed of roses but is well worth the road trips!

I was so thrilled to have all of the family there. We call ourselves “Heart of Grace” as a trio (Me, Rebekah and Mona), but we have sang as an entire family (with Regina, Kay, and Dan) for many years. People sometimes just assume that people are glad or happy or that they feel the way that they do, but I like giving roses where they are due. We are a very tightly-knit family, and I appreciate what God had planned for us long ago. Everyone has a special place and part and without each part it just is not as special!

Singing And Speaking At Sweet Hill Church

It would be safe to say that it was quite the journey to get there from where we all live, but it sure was a beautiful trip there! As many times as we have been on the road, it always gives us times to reflect on all the wonderful times we have shared together going on the road and working the ministry for God. Oh the stories we could tell!

We had a wonderful time at Sweet Hill! We were ever-so welcomed, and it was just a wonderful place to go in and feel right at home. It was so great to see the amount of youth that they had in their church. A lot of places are losing sight of the youth, but this was not one for sure!

We enjoyed the singing as always, but we sure missed Mona! Speaking was great as well, I always enjoy getting out there and obeying God more and more.

I am definitely proud of all those that came up for prayer and want to let them all know that we will continue to pray for everything that was brought to us. Just because we only come one day does not mean you ever leave the burden of our hearts. We hope to come back and visit soon, and we will post the dates when we do!

Singing At New Freedom Community Church

We had never been at New Freedom before, and it was truly a great experience to meet new people!

There was some wonderful singing there, it just lifted our spirits to be in the midst of it. It was easy to be free and to sing and just be yourself in the Lord. After all, no matter where you are, that is who we are supposed to be everywhere that we go regardless of the signs on the door!

The way that the spirit was leading the songs and worship was all based around the “peace” of God. I was proud to see all of those who came to get closer to God, for there is no shame in wanting more!

I was also proud of Rebekah and Mona for stepping out there and doing more!

We pray blessings upon that church, that they continue to grow and never lose sight of what God has in store for them!

Singing At The Sanctuary Of Savannah

I had a wonderful experience being able to attend The Sanctuary Of Savannah! It was wonderful being able to catch up and see family that we had not seen in so long!

The service on Sunday morning was wonderful. I got to bear witness to a special treat with the morning praise and worship being done by the youth band, which was simply amazing. I’m especially proud of my wife Angela’s cousins Jordan and Zach, it made my heart soar to see them up there! Seeing the youth in that church let me know that the church of tomorrow is still growing, and is going to reach the nations! We just have to keep encouraging them and pushing them out there with our love and support. They sure do need it! If you go to church and your child is in a program of some kind, show that support! And if you don’t, do it anyways!

Brother Mike Griffith preached and did a spectacular job! It truly blew me away!

I just want to personally thank Angela’s uncle and aunt Pastor Todd and Sandra McDaniel and The Sanctuary for the wonderful opportunity to be able to come and share my testimony and sing. It’s a great thing to have churches that still have freedom for obedience. If you are in the Savannah, GA area and are looking for a place to attend, I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Singing at Rutledge Pike

We really enjoyed ourselves at Rutledge Pike. It’s good to be able to visit your brother and sister churches to be able to lend a good hand and support. We loved our experience there, and appreciate all who came out to worship and give glory to the Lord!

We will definitely be back for more, perhaps to speak or to sing or both! We’ll keep you posted! In the mean time, if you are looking for a good place to go and hear the wonderful preaching of the word of God, look no further.

Thank you all for keeping us going! God Bless you!

Singing and Speaking At The House of The Lord Youth Revival

Where can I even begin? So far, the past few days at the “Youth Explosion Revival” have been wonderful!

I have seen a great sense of want from each of these children, and I am happy hope that as of today that there have been 6 youth saved as a result of 4 days. For some of you out there, you may want to say that 6 is a drop in the bucket; but i want to just encourage you in knowing that I feel like they got the “real thing”, and not so much a 30 second hope.

This revival and everything that has been entailed in it has been so great. The House of the Lord has been very easy to work in: I feel free and at liberty to do what God has appointed me to, and more than that, I feel like I have the support of the body there.

So I just want to thank the Pastor and his staff, the body of believers, the great praise band, and most of all, the wonderful kids that have came out the past few days. You made this effort and this experience worth every part of it.

We are going to be in service tonight, and I invite anyone and everyone to come and be a part!  Invite someone that you know is in need today!

Singing and Speaking At SONfest

I wanted to say first and foremost that I truly enjoyed myself at the Stanfield Church of God’s SONfest. Some of the creative ways that they used to reach out to children and captivate their attention and interest was simply awesome.

I truly appreciated the opportunity to be able to get up there and share my story. If you could have stood where I was standing last night, you would have seen so many eyes on you, heeding your every word.

Truly I felt it strongest to express how real that temptation can be, and how easy it is to make the wrong mistake. For it is better to speak these things while kids have a chance before they face the tougher things in life, than to be saying it from a “I told you so” point of view.

I loved those kids, and can’t wait to see how they have grown soon. God Bless You!
